About me:

    Influenced by social interactions and the underlying contexts, I base my paintings on experience and existing characters in my life.  Originating from New York city,  I am fascinated by certain social paradoxes and the way we are influenced by power in an urban metropolis.  Socioeconomic extremes coexist yet a level of exclusivity is maintained, despite spacial constraints and densely populated conditions.  Tension, femininity, economic extremes, privacy and desire are all ideas I choose confront throughout my process.
